Navarre is not very well known among tourists. They usually go to the Spanish coast. But if you want to see a special place, you should go to Navarra visit. This great Spanish province has been growing in popularity in recent years due to its geological diversity, large amount of history and rich culture. 

Most of the people who have heard about Navarre know it for the celebrations of San Fermin. This is a worldwide known event in Pamplona, the capital of Navarre. San Fermín is known for big parties, historical traditions and bull runs. But Navarre has much more to offer than that.

From high mountains to vast plains, from leafy forests to deserts, Navarre resembles a continent.

Navarre is very rich in nature

Mountains

In the north is the mountainous area of the Navarrese Pyrenees. The Mesa de los Tres Reyes is the highest point in Navarre (2438 meters).

Forests

The Irati Forest is one of the most beautiful forests in Navarre. It is located in the northeast of the province, part of which is close to the village of Ochagavía.

Desert

The Bardenas Reales is a beautiful desert consisting of rocks with bizarre shapes in the southeast of Navarre. Some scenes from the Game of Thrones series were filmed here.
